As a member of the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice, he is a well known adherent of the Chicago School of Economics, market forces fundamentalists.

The Manager of Labor Relations and Legal Services reviewed the memo which addresses three critical points which can determine if an email conversation constitutes a “meeting” and gives examples of email communications that clearly are not “meetings”. The memo suggests the 2012 document “Open Meetings: Best Practices” from the Office of the BC Ombusdman as a useful resource.
Is the “Dr. Greg Forster” quoted in the supporting document the Republican Evangelical who works for the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice? And is a senior fellow of the Kern Family Foundation that funds Charter Schools, obviously working toward privatization of the public school system?
